Synopsis
Read case story
Peter Woodcock was a Canadian serial killer who murdered three children in Toronto during the 1950s, beginning at the age of 17. Displaying signs of severe psychological disturbance from an early age, he lured his young victims away on his bicycle before sexually assaulting and killing them. Declared not guilty by reason of insanity, he was confined to a psychiatric institution. Decades later, in 1991, while legally renamed David Michael Krueger, he committed another brutal murder during his first unsupervised day release, solidifying his legacy as one of Canada’s most chilling and unrehabilitated killers.
