While commanding CFB Trenton, he secretly broke into homes, stealing women’s lingerie and documenting his acts with photos. His crimes escalated to sexual assaults and the murders of Corporal Marie-France Comeau and Jessica Lloyd. The investigation led police to Williams through tire tracks near Lloyd’s home, and his calm confession during interrogation revealed years of hidden deviance beneath a façade of military excellence. His arrest and conviction remain one of Canada’s most disturbing cases of betrayal and control.
