Case Synopsis
On August 18, 1976, the body of five-year-old Stephanie Rallo was discovered in a duffle bag floating in a waterway near St. Catharines, Ontario. That same day, her mother, Sandra Rallo (29), and brother, Jason (6), were reported missing by Sandra’s father. Suspicion quickly turned to Sandra’s husband, Jon George Rallo, a Hamilton City Hall manager, who denied involvement but was ultimately charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the brutal killings of his wife and children.
